Welcome to Crestwood High School
As Principal, I am delighted to welcome you to Crestwood High School, a place where we celebrate and support the diverse learning needs of every student. Our passionate staff are committed to fostering excellence by supporting students in achieving their academic goals as well as thriving in extra-curricular activities including sport, creative arts, and public speaking. We embrace the Positive Behaviour for Learning framework where being safe, respectful and engaged learners is at the core of all we do.
Our wellbeing programs nurture students to become responsible, caring citizens who value acceptance and inclusivity, and are prepared to make positive contributions to society. We value the active involvement of our Parents and Citizens' Association, whose partnership enriches our school community. Together, we are committed to preparing our students for the future by fostering their achievement, resilience, and confidence.

Wellbeing and support staff
Our wellbeing team support student wellbeing, learning needs and inclusion. They work with teachers to make personalised adjustments. This means each child can take part fully in school life. We make our school welcoming and accessible to every child.
At Crestwood High School we have a Student Support Officer (SSO), Tara Gleig. SSOs work with school counselling services and the department’s wellbeing team to enhance the wellbeing and learning outcomes of students. SSOs support the implementation of the school’s whole-of-school approach to wellbeing, helping students develop social and emotional skills through targeted strengths-based programs and strategies that build resilience, coping skills and positive relationships.
Administrative and operations staff
