Theatresports
In Term 4 each year, groups participate in this very competitive and hilarious competition. Students and teacher teams improvise scenarios that are played out through structured 1, 2 or 3 minute games. The aim is to gain the coveted theatre sports trophy and to beat the teacher team!
In term 2 of 2023 Crestwood's senior theatresports team competed against 50 other schools to obtain a place in the prestigious Grand Final at the Enmore Theatre. They were one of the top 10 Theatesports teams in the state.
Junior Drama Ensemble
Students from Year 7 and 8 are invited to join our Junior Drama Ensemble. As a part of this team, students will develop their skills and confidence in improvisation, playbuilding and performing. Students are given the opportunity to participate in a range of Drama games, as well as devise pieces for a variety of competitions and performance nights. Currently, the Junior Drama Ensemble meets every Thursday lunch in room 20.
